Meet the NuCare Senior Living Team

NuCare Senior Living was founded by Joel Moyer and Melissa Christman veterans in the senior living industry with a shared commitment to elevating care through integrity, innovation, and compassion.

With decades of combined expertise in operations, compliance, workforce development, and technology, they recognized persistent gaps in care standards, staff training, and leadership accountability. In response, they launched NuCare: a management and consulting firm focused on hands-on leadership, regulatory excellence, and data-driven operational support.

NuCare is built on the belief that exceptional senior care blends compassion with compliance. By combining Joel’s operational and technology leadership with Melissa’s regulatory and training strengths, NuCare delivers a modern, holistic approach that empowers communities, supports staff, and enriches the lives of residents and families.
